How do I
place an order?
We accept payments through PayPal, credit and debit cards. Simply click on an item, add to cart and check out using a preferred method of payment.
Unfortunately we are unable to change your order after it has been completed. In order to maintain our expedited services your credit card is processed immediately and the order is submitted directly to fulfillment for packing and shipping. Cancelling and resubmitting a new order incurs extra costs from the credit card vendors. Please be sure that your order is correct before you complete it. Thank you.

You're unable to make changes to your order once you have placed your order. Please make sure your information including name and shipping info is correct.
We ship via USPS and we ship orders out within 48 hours Mondays to Fridays, shipping is free on all items.
PLEASE NOTE: Jamaica Sea Moss only ship to the United States, please visit our Facebook page or email us for inquires about orders outside of the United States.
For orders outside the U.S, Jamaica Sea Moss is not responsible for any fees your package occurs on entry to your country.

Sales on Sea Moss are final. Sales on Skincare and hair-care products are final.
